How do I reply to a ticket or chase it up?
You have two options to add additional information to a ticket / request, or to chase up the current status:

By Email
- Simply reply to the email you have received and add additional information or ask your question.

By the Digital Services Helpdesk Portal
- Navigate to the Digital Services Helpdesk, and your list of tickets using this link: All Tickets | Digital Services Helpdesk

- Click on the ticket that you are interested in, and the full detail of the ticket will be visible.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page, and fill in the form with the additional information, attachments or question that you wish to share:
