How can I find my Hartpury email address?
Your Hartpury email address is usually [firstname].[surname]@hartpury.ac.uk
If you're new to Hartpury, your email address may not have been setup yet.

New University Students
- An email will be sent to the email address you used to apply to Hartpury University, with details of your Hartpury email address.
- If you no longer have access to the email address that you applied to Hartpury with, please use the online chat function via the following URL to get your personal email address changed in your student record and the email invitation resent: https://unienrol.hartpury.ac.uk/

- A text/SMS will be sent to the mobile phone number that you used to apply to Hartpury College, with the details of your Hartpury email address.
- If you no longer have access to the mobile phone number that you applied to Hartpury with, please use the online chat function via the following URL to get your personal email address changed in your student record and the email invitation resent: https://collegeenrol.hartpury.ac.uk/

Returning Students - your email address will not have changed from last year.
I have forgotten my Hartpury email address
Your Hartpury email address is usually [firstname].[surname]@hartpury.ac.uk - Occasionally this differs if you have previously requested a change to use your preferred name, or there is another individual within Hartpury who has the same name.
You can also ask members of your team / staff / students to check the address book in Outlook for you, as this may be the quickest way to be reminded.
Please also ensure that you are using the correct password. This may be the reason that you're not able to login.

I have forgotten my Hartpury email password
If you cannot remember the password for your Hartpury email, please first check that you do not have caps lock turned on and you're entering the password correctly.
Additionally, it may be worth typing the password into a plain text editor, like notepad, to check that there isn't a problem with your keyboard that is preventing the password from being typed correctly.
Do not copy and paste from another source as extra characters or blank spaces could be added.

- Go to the Microsoft Online Password Reset page
- Enter your Hartpury email address and the characters that appear and click Next
- Enter your mobile number and click Text
- You should receive a text message from Microsoft on your mobile device containing a verification code; enter the code and click Next
- Enter a new password and click Finish
- Select the "click here" button; you should be redirected to the Office 365 sign in page where you can get your email.
- Sign in to Office 365 with your new password
